One of the new Opel at the next Geneva Motor Show 2013 (7-17 March) will be the new Cascada. It ‘s the convertible medium sized German car and will arrive in our countries a few weeks later, because it will be available at dealerships in April. Customers can choose between three engines (two petrol and one diesel), with a list price starting from € 29,400 (VAT).
One of the characteristics of the car is, of course, the possibility of traveling in the open air. The hood is made of canvas and opens / closes in 17 seconds, even with the car in motion and up to 50 km / h speed by pressing a button on the instrument panel or by remote control. Another strong point is the luggage capacity: 280 liters with the roof down, up to 380 liters if you are traveling with the car deck.
It has many premium amenities such as the seat belt pretensioners, the exclusive seat upholstery in Fine Nappa leather, Siena and ergonomic seats and ventilated. As I said, there will be three engines available: the 1.4 petrol 120 bhp, the new 1.6 direct injection 170 hp (fresh fuel) and the 2.0 CDTi turbodiesel ecoFlex from 165 horses.
