After Insignia, Zafira Tourer is now also available as car with a liquefied petroleum gas, leading to eight models from the German version of the GPL. The LPG-powered by the 1.4 Turbo Tech, is for sale for only 26,950 euros (VAT included).

This unit delivers 140 hp and 200 Nm of torque (between 1,850 and 4,900 rpm) in either LPG or petrol powered condition. In the LPG mode, the German car consumes 8.6 liters per 100 kilometers, with CO2 emissions to 139 g / km (gasoline mode: 6.7 l/100 km, 156 g / km CO2). Compared to the gasoline engine, the operating cost for the LPG is lower by about 40%.
