The process to buy a collectible Ferrari is not easy and it is nothing like the usual walk to the nearest dealer. That’s why you have to be part of a small elite and fine, infamous Ferrari’s Top Owners, which is a list that requires you to already possess a number of artifacts of the brand. That is because the Anniversary models can’t be owned from anybody random, whoever it is, although as we will see this process is not as safe as it seems.
The first LaFerrari that ever came out of the production line of Maranello, is currently for sale on the market through the website SEMCO GmbH. With a baseline at 1.3 million, this LaFerrari has just 200 km and is now sold over 2.38 millions, which someone will certainly spend to acquire the first of the 499 exclusive supercars. The strongest production Ferrari ever built, delivers 800 horsepower with a V12 engine of 6.3 liters, while using the motor horsepower it passes the 963 horses! The representative SEMCO GmbH from Germany then seized the opportunity and put in hand the first LaFerrari, the Italian supercar that debuted last March at the Geneva Motor Show.
As for the performance, we are talking about 0-100 km/hr in less than 3 seconds and a top speed of 350 km/hr. So, despite the efforts of the Italian brand to thoroughly ticked who will acquire 499 collectible LaFerrari, with president Luca di Montezemolo being involved in the selection process and the owners have the final say. The whole exclusivity is stencilled on.
