The waiting is over for the closed version of the Jaguar F-Type. Extremely impressive in appearance, following the footsteps of the C-X16 Concept. The aluminum Jaguar F-Type Coupe officially unveiled at the Auto Show, Los Angeles in three versions. The small version 3I V6 delivers 340 horsepower and 450 Nm of torque in the basic F-Type and 380 PS/460 Nm in F-Type S, while the top of the range is the F-Type R with a supercharged, 5 liter V8 engine, that delivers 550 horsepower and 680 Nm, giving an amazing performance from 0-100 km/hr in 4,2 sec and a top speed electronically limited to 300 km/hr. The corresponding performance for smaller versions are 0-100 km/hr in 5,1 and 4,8 sec and 260 final and 275 km/h.
Among the technological goodies Coupe is the second generation electronic differential, Electronic Active Defferential, the automatic 8s «Quickshift» serial transmission with manual mode and brakes mixing carbon fiber and ceramic material (CCM, plus the S and R).
