Toyota Racing Development, also known as TRD, has announced a package of upgrades for Lexus IS F Sport’s new generation.
The novelty is a package of changes implemented by TRD aesthetic thesis that contains new elements to exaggerate the most of the sporting aspect, both technical elements that modify the behavior of the Japanese luxury sedan. As for the exterior glance, the Lexus IS F Sport presents quite striking side skirts, bumpers from aggressive design and dynamic, at the rear, an integrated diffuser and a dual chrome exhaust system elements, as well as a discreet but eye-catching rear wing placed in a queue and the large alloy wheels 19-inch 15-spoke.
Less showy, but very tangible to those who sit behind the wheel of the Lexus IS F Sport TRD, are the technical changes that have seen the Toyota designers adopt new regulations for the suspension. Inserting are also the sports and dampers springs that have the effect of making the car stiffer and lower the ride height. The array of engines instead remains identical to what is offered by the model.
The package for the IS F Sport is currently available exclusively for the Japanese market, thus excluding Europe. Its cost is approximately € 9,500 for the entire set of changes, but customers are given the opportunity to order separately each of the elements that make up the whole processing.
