After the Mercedes S65 AMG, which was presented in Los Angeles in November and is the strongest model S-Class, the German company is preparing to bring the Detroit show next week the new Mercedes S600, which will be fitted with the same V12 engine, but with less horsepower. More specifically, informal photos leaked, revealing the inner and back part of the new model. The new Mercedes S600 is bearing the logo version features and 2 twin exhaust tailpipes.
Meanwhile, sources say that it will be powered by the V12, 6litre double turbocharged motor, which gives occasion for 530 horsepower and 830 Nm of torque, while it is combined with the 7G-Tronic Plus gearbox and so the S600 can reach 0-100 km/hr in 4.6 seconds and catch a final speed of 250 km/hr. Also, its consumption is expected to be at 11.3 lt/100 km.
Furthermore, rumors say that this model is available in a long wheelbase version. It is equipped with the optional system head up display, and the new system Magic Body Control, which includes a camera mounted on the front windshield, which will scan the road so the suspension of each wheel or all together to adapt accordingly, in lightning fast time, for maximum comfort and safety of occupants, as well as ceramic brakes.
