The new Infiniti Q50 is preparing its debut. In the past few hours, the luxury brand of Nissan has released new official images and specifications of the top of the range sedan presented in the official preview , last January at the Detroit Motor and European premiere at the Geneva Motor for which was shown a list price that will start from 38,500 Euros .
The Infiniti Q50 , known to play a role as a competitor in the segment D presents the typical sinuous , elegant and sporty that characterizes the Japanese brand . The 17 “wheels fitted run-flat tires 225/55 (on request are available 19” wheels for 245/40 tires ) .
The Infiniti Q50 is proposed, at launch with the 2.2 turbo diesel with 170 hp and 400 Nm of torque, and “Hybrid ” to 354 hp : it has only one 3.5 -liter, 296 hp coupled to an electric motor from 67 hp. Both versions are equipped with an automatic transmission 7-speed central lever and paddles on the steering wheel. Among the technological innovations brought as dowry by the new Infiniti Q50 , the Direct Adaptive Steering ( electronic steering device ” adaptive ” by-wire ) .
The standard equipment includes Active Lane Control for control of operation in the lane , and that is part of the Lane Departure Prevention system , the device “i- Keys” which stores the settings of the vehicle up to 4 drivers ( seat position , heating or conditioner , audio system, navigation , multimedia : all settings that you can control through a sophisticated touchscreen display , but also the driving parameters , selectable through the control of the driving modes located on the center console ), the Active Noise Control system , climate dual-zone automatic (optional integration with the ACC – Advanced Climate Control system and Plasmacluster air purifier ) , Bluetooth “hands -free” monitor for rear view and Around View monitor.
